Auto attendant - voice recognition

Hello. Can anybody tell me if 3CX has the facility for:

"If you know the name of the person you wish to speak to, please say it after the tone"

and it puts the caller through to the desired destination?

Just want to clarify that the 3CX Call-by-Name feature does allow you to connect to an extension based on the user's name, BUT, the caller must specify the name by using the dialpad and NOT via voice recognition by just saying the name out loud.

If you want speech recognition you might want to checkout the 3CX CFD which can utilize Google Cloud Speech Services.

Thanks Chris. This will enable the caller to say the name of the person they are wishing to call without having to touch the dialpad?

From taking a quick look at the guides I provided it would seem so. You would have to review the guides I provided though to determine if you can get it to work the way you want. That said, this will require some effort on your part to setup so don't hesitate to ask for help in our CFD section should you need it. You might also want to take a quick look through the particular section as I'm sure there have been others who tried to set up something similar.
