Hi!
I am new here.
I have a voip sip trunk and i must call 0030 every time to call.
i try to add this code on outbound rule but this is make problem on other calls, in other countries or if i have the contact allready with the 0030.
How can i fix this?

Sorry for my english.

Have two outbound rules,

First rule checks for prefix 0030, and dials the number normally.
Second rule, prepend 0030 to the number. if it matches any of the 'Apply this rule to these calls'

Outbound rules are processed from the top down, so make sure your rules are in the correct order.

Also check your E164 settings.

Hello,

In addition to the above, you should also ask your provider to tell you what they require. For example they may not require 0030 for local Greek numbers, but you need to send the number to them in a format that they accept.

Do they need 0030 for local numbers?

Yes, they need it.
Provider is callingcredit, betamax.
It is not a greek provider.

Ok since its not a greek provider then you cannot avoid this, the trunk provider requires it.

If you mostly call Greek numbers, you can create a rule based on digit length to catch 10-digit numbers and prepend 0030.

Any other numbers that are not 10 digits will not be modified by this rule.

Then you need a second rule below it, to catch all other numbers and send them via your trunk, just pick the Group in this one so it will match any users in your group.

Check the link that Saqqara posted above, or better yet view the academy tutorial here: https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/configuring-outbound-routing/

thanks for your ideas.
i do it just create a second rule...
