Auto Dial after number typed in on SNOM 3xx

Hi,

We are used to dialling a number, and then the phone dials automatically.

However on the 3CX/Snom 3xx, we have to press the 'tick' to confirm the number and then the call is placed.

Does anyone know of a central configuration option or setting on the phone to change this behaviour so it dials when the number has been entered. I had quick look on the configuration on the Snom 300 and cannot see anything.

You can do this by either a Global XML dial plan or per phone.

On the Snom's there should be an autodial option in Advanced > Behaviour which will dial after a set amount of time if there are no more numbers entered.

That feature has been the only gripe by people in the office, the fact they had to press the 'tick'. You have made a lot of people happy.

Well the feature is offered conditional on a beer for lunch :roll:

If they implement distributed ring groups I'll be good through to 2010 :lol:
