Auto Dial (Hot Dailing)

Hello, is it possible to configure the system to Auto Dial a particular extension number when off-hook. I want to setup a help desk system. I mean anytime an extension goes off-hook, it will dial the extension group number for the help desk which has four members.

I am using the ATCOM AG-168v ATA device. does anyone know how to configure this.

If the phone has a provision for a dialplan, then it might be possible. In a Linksys device you put in (S0:<1234>), where 1234 is the number you want to hotdial. I know that some of the Grandstream ATA's have a field for an autodial number.
I found a reference in an Atcom manual for one of their other devices, a Hotline option is in the dialplan settings. There is probably something similar for the model you have.
