Auto DND, not auto available for chat

The system allows for auto switching dnd for office hours.. but Im not sure if others would feel the same... auto DND at the end of the day would be much more useful alone than auto Available.. .for instance at the end of the day if someone forgets to put themselves into dnd mode they are still available for chat.. but might be gone. However, just because the office is open, does not mean they are coming in that day, so auto available might not be good.
Basically I would think they could manually set themselves available if they are in.. and at the end of the day it would auto switch them to dnd unless overridden.

Upon closer inspection, I would suggest using the Custom2 status, which sets an extension to DND permanently until they log themselves back in by changing the status to Available.

Thanks! Yes I mean live chat because the DND status will make the live chat either available or not.

Yeah I was just suggesting basically that it changes status to whatever, DND or custom2 or whatever, untill you log in.. and then at the end of a day/shift, it would automatically revert to that status again. Basically for forgetful people to make sure people arent listed as available when they are not.
