Is there a feature to set an ext in DND if no activity for a specific time period?

If you want it to be automatic, I only see the "Auto Switch " settings in "Forwarding Rules" of an extension !
You can set scale on office hours or even make specific hours for this EXT that will change automatically his status !

Hi Ben,

The desktop client has the option to auto change status when Idle if this is what you are looking for.

The extension will go to DND so this will affect your whole extension regardless of whether you have other deskphones or softclients

What is the meaning of idle here ? You don't receive calls and switch to DND or it's when you don't take calls (even if your phone ring and you don't answer or reject, it will switch)

When the PC is idle.

ie. the user is away from the PC for longer than 5 mins in this case, and the whole extension will switch to DND

Yes, but in case you ever find an extension that switches to DND unexpectedly, this is the first place to look
