Hello
Have attempted to set up the above phone as router phone using the auto provision element. The phone has half provisioned but the line is saying not registered?
This is using a 3CX Free Hosted account. Latest firmware on the phone.
I am getting Block WAN requests is ON, in the log. Which I presume is causing the registration issue.
I am unable to find any setting on either the phone or portal to amend.
Is it a phone issue or 3CX issue?

Yes it's the latest firmware. Just updated the phone (this morning). Had to do the step up of each version !
Yes, direct option. All very confusing as I'm not a tech wizard

If you are connected on wireless, plug in, set it up, then change to wireless.

If not, It’s been a few months but a few people had posted they had to use an earlier firmware…I want to say .74 not .76. You could try that…just change the number in the download link.

Sadly connected both WiFi and Ethernet since your suggestion. Strange it's provisioned the phone just not now recognising / registering the line ?

Please ensure that you are on the latest firmware first. Also from the remote location are you able to access the PBX?

Am on latest firmware.
The phones are being used as internal phones only. There will be no SIP or anything other than to call to other parts of the building.

Looking at the log, I think whatever is causing the "Block Wan Requests is On" is stopping the phone from registering.
The phone is telling me it's not registered, but it's downloaded all the configuration from 3CX.

This means that the phone is able to get the provisioning link but unable to register.
Are you manually adding the device?

I added it to a user on the 3CX admin console and it auto provisioned.
I've not manually added it and I've Not adjusted any settings etc.
is there anything I'm missing or could need to change?

also getting an IP has been blacklisted when I attempt to log in locally, if I use a 5G/4G hotspot, no issue, so also presuming that the phones (which use the public IP address) are actually not talking to the 3CX cloud ???? unblacklist it?

This means that the remote location public ip is blacklisted.

could this be why its not working? the 24hrs has long since expired if its a 24hr blacklist

I cannot confirm the blacklist entry time to advise if the 24 hours have been expired.

what do I do next then? as I cannot unblacklist the IP and maybe thats why the phone isn't registering?

Odd as my mobile phone has provisioned via the QR code on the app. Showing online on the admin portal....

Is your ip whitelisted?

I can't find that option in the admin console, as I was looking for it the other day?

I am using the 3CX Cloud free version, so guess I don't have any additional access

Same here with a Snom D715 and 3CX Cloud free.
Provision ok but not registration because of Block WAN requests is ON (event ID 12291). After several mins even the admin console got blacklisted.

There's no option to show white\blacklist on console.

Any clue?
