Auto Provision not working on v20

Hi All,


I’m experiencing an issue with auto provisioning on version 20 — it was working without any problems on v18.


I’ve tested this using multiple devices, including Yealink T43U, T46U, T53W, and Fanvil V65 (both as a router phone and via SBC using a Raspberry Pi), but unfortunately, none of them are provisioning successfully.


Could you please advise if there are any new settings or requirements in v20 that need to be reviewed to enable auto provisioning?

I, too, had this issue for our PBX and a customers; only today could I be bothered to look into it when deploying 5 handsets!
I've looked at the audit logs and can can see where RPS was enabled (today), but can't see any activity for "This year" and "Last Year" relating to the setting being disabled.
I've also found a couple of other customers that also have this option disabled (all V18 > V20 upgrades), that previously had AutoP working and this is exclusively how we provision handsets.

Now I know what to check, its not a major issue, just "odd".
