Hello All,
The issue i am having is that since the upgrade from V16 to V18 the auto provision for Cisco phones have stopped working. Nothing you change in the 3CX management console will be pushed out to the phones. The phones are still registered as the config on the phones haven't changed its just i cant change any settings without logging into the phone directly.
If i was to factory reset a Cisco phone i wont be able to re-provision it without doing it manually.
My customers Cisco phones are setup on SBC/STUN. I know that Cisco phones are not supported for SBC or STUN.I found a way to be able to use STUN/SBC provisioning on V16 which worked great. But now that fix no longer works.
I know that Cisco phones are legacy devices on 3CX and are not really support anymore but i am hoping that someone else has come across this issue and has found a way to enable the provisioning on Cisco phones on V18.
WE are in the process of upgrading my customers to phones that are supported but its easier said than done as some customers have a lot of phones which would be a large cost. so for the time being we still need to keep these phones working.
If anyone is able to assist with this it will be much appreciated.
