Auto provisioning not working

A customer has Fanvil X5U phones.
The phones won't get shown inside 3CX phones.
When i ping on the phone the 3CX server address is successful and PnP is also enabled.
IGMP Snooping is deactivated on the switches.
How can i debug, why Auto provisioning is not working?

Are the fanvil's on the latest supported 3CX firmware?

The X5U all run the latest supported Firmware from 3CX.
There are also some X3U, X6U and X210 with the latest firmware, but they are also not shown inside 3CX admin.

There is one physical Server with 3CX v18 installed, 3 Mikrotik switches with the default VLAN and one VLAN for VoIP.
The Server with 3CX and the phones are inside VLAN VoIP.
Manually configuring the phones works, but i want to get Auto provisioning working.

So you're gonna need to do some network traffic diagnostics.

Run a wireshark where your PBX is and then filter out for

ip.addr >= 224.0.0.0 && sip

restart a phone and see if you get the multicast traffic.

If not, try a laptop on the same switch as the phone and do the same test. If you get the traffic there but not on the PBX then you know the switches are blocking.
