in a 3cx v15.5, i use Grandstream and Yealink devices.
When the client makes an outgoing call and the call is rejected, the IP Phone automatically redial, and most of the times without the user realizing it.
In both Grandstream and Yealink the Auto-Redial Feature is disabled.
Is there any parameter i need to change on the 3CX?
