Hi Guys, Anyone else found a solution for this????
in the myphone we set the extensions as away, out of office during office hours and they will auto change to available after 5 mins!
Likewise if we are out of business hours and i want to set myself as available it turns me back to auto out of office!
I would like it to open at 8 and close at 17:30 as normal but surely we can override this during the hours (example go on lunch or to a meeting)
There must be a tick box somewhere that needs setting... (not the auto log in and out of queue one either)
