Hello,
I have an automatic call forwarding problem.
A Yealink T48S user, this user "A" is part of a queue, the user "A" wanted to forward a call to a user "B" who is present in another queue, since the transferred call, all the calls of the queue of the user "A" arrive in the queue of the user "B" without leaving any trace of call forwarding or transfer, everything arrives automatically in the queue of the user "B".
How can I make sure that calls that arrived in user "A"'s queue and are now transferred to user "B"'s queue return to "A"'s queue?
Does anyone have a solution to my problem?
Thanks in advance
