automatically log users into queue at a certain time

I am using phone system 10 I use to have it where people could automatically log in and out of queues at certain times. Anyone have any idea why this may not be working anymore? It just seemed to stop and I can't seem to figure out what the cause would be. Any pointers or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
