Automatically New Contact Creation Not Working

Hi there,

We have had the 3CX salesforce integration running well and it was creating contact records automatically, within the last few months, Existing contacts load in Salesforce when the call is accepted, but new contacts don’t.
Is there any way to achieve this?
I edited my template according to this link: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/hubspot-not-showing-all-calls.122311/#post-573343
but it is creating direct new contact records every time not searching the records.
The CRM template has been attached.

You need to adapt the template to detect if a record was found, and if not run the creation scenario.

You can use [FoundRecordsCount] in the chained scenario to detect that.

In the lookup scenario (the one with no ID), you need to modify the <Output> element to have the Next attribute pointing to your chained scenario.

You will need to adjust the instructions for Salesforce, but the logic is the same.

No, you can only have one, and in this case, the Next would go on the GetAccountName scenario since it's already chained.

So it would do: Lookup -> GetAccountName -> CreateContactRecord, and that's where the outputs sub-elements go as well.
