Hi all,
Wondering if this request is possible:
A call comes in, goes to the ring group "all", if the call isn't answered after 10 seconds, the call automatically parks. If SP1 is occupied, it parks in SP2, and so on.
I've created dummy extensions for SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4 which work when dialed directly. My next idea was to create a round robin call queue consisting of the 4 dummy extensions with the hopes it would park calls in order they are received.
I've checked all the "allow user to park calls" options in extensions options, but still cant seem to get this idea working.
Anyone had any success doing a similar setup to this? I'd be interested to hear how you sorted it out.
Thanks in advance
