Autotask + 3CX Integration

I edited it to include my autotask ww* url (in 2 places), and I created an API user and copied and pasted the username (key) and password (secret) fields from PSA into 3cx under general configuration section. However not sure what to do for Autotask API tracker. I created a "custom (internal integration)" tracking identifier in Auto task, and used that tracking identifier number to fill in the last input field for auto task api tracker.

However when I test if this works, I get " Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=Unauthorized - Reason=Unauthorized - Content= "


Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

Not that I see,

However I still cannot get this .xml file to work. It'll show caller id perfectly fine, but it will not log calls into autotask.

Anyone have any ideas on what can cause this not to work?

Are you on Update 3? There was a bug for this. Also, check the logs to see if the request sent is actually correct and accepted by Autotask.

Yep on 18.0 Update 3. Where would the logs be you're referring to specifically? In autotask? In 3cx? Where?

Looks like the xml file might reference a wrong url somewhere?

Actually after more testing, that's an error from before I edited the xml file with the proper wwXX url autotask needs for my instance. Now nothing is being logged in that log file when someone calls in or out.
