We have a large number of Avaya 1608 phones. is it working on 3cx ?

Here you go, all models currently ok for provisioning with 3CX:

These I don't think are supported, please check the specs however and check they are SIP and not H.323 as there is more chance of getting a solution if they are SIP.

You model is not on the list, would say they will not work with 3CX

It would appear these phones only support H323, not SIP - reason they will not work with 3CX
