Avaya 9608G display name

Hi,

Using Avaya 9608G phone i faced some issue regarding CallerName.

Avaya gets CallerName from P-Asserted-Identity field (instead of From field). But 3CX doesn't send this field to the phone. The result is CallerName = CallerNum.

Are there any ways to configure PAI in this case at the 3CX side?

Please note that the Invite leaving from the PBX to the IP phones cannot be edited as it is hardcoded in the PBXs SIP engine. Unfortunately since these are legacy phones not all functionality is supported. You could however post this as a feature request in our ideas section of the forum and see if it gets voted.
