A customer has purchased a Avaya B179 claiming it to be a "SIP phone" asking it to be configured on 3CX (Clouded) behind a SBC. Has anyone been able to configure this type of phone. I see a few have talked about it, but no one has confirmed if it worked, or how they got it working. Can anyone help?
