Good day, I have a prospect client who wants to purchase 3CX but need confirmation if 3CX can integrate wit Avaya IP Office Ver 10.1 built 7.

I am aware that 3CX had integrated with Avaya in the past but unaware if the current 3CX version does. If so, kindly forward a link showing how this is done.

Kind Regards

GorBros

Hi @gorbros these avaya models can be integrated with the 3CX.

Please note if these are just a few we would recommend you to just use new supported devices or implement the 3CX Apps, if you are talking about around 100 phones or more then it would make sense to keep them for a bit and configure them as shown in the document above.

Running the last sp8 you can still use them, this is mentioned in the blog post

Manual configuration or via option 66 is still possible. With Update 8, you can now also provision Legacy phones - such as Avaya - which necessitate the auth ID to be an extension number. Learn how to provision IP phones.

There is not any other integration with Avaya that you mentioned Office Ver 10.1 built 7.

Hi @Alejandro_3CX thank you very much for the quick response. I made a mistake in my writing. I want to bridge 3CX with the Avaya IP Office PBX

ok please keep this in only one post, I see you have another post with the same topic.
