Hello, I hope everyone is staying healthy. As we all have more time on our hands, I decided to play with putting some Avaya phones on my test system. I followed all the instructions from the 3CX website and everything seems to work except for one thing. When my phones get to the login prompt I enter the correct extension auth id and correct password. I press login and that's where I get stuck. The phone says it's logging in, but acts like it's frozen. After ten minutes of being frozen it then reboots and the process starts all over again. I have tried clearing the phone multiple times. I also believe it is making contact with the server because when I enter a incorrect auth id and password, it returns as a invalid login. If someone could guide me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!!!

I am also having the same problem, so if anyone has a solution that would be great

I would start a Wireshark PCAP on the PBX server and see if the device is sending anything to your PBX and (if so) what the response is.

I ran wireshark, while connecting the Avaya phone to the network. I have attached the results. The Avaya phone is 1.100 and the 3CX server is 1.47. The Avaya Phone model is the 9601
