I've been investigating some call drop issues recently and was suggested to run the Firewall check. I ran it and received the below fails.

Hosted on AWS with the below security group rules. Oubound rule is 0.0.0.0 Any.
Our partner is suggesting a NAT Firewall issue but they don't use AWS themselves so can't really help me.

Anyone come across this before? I'm somewhat new to AWS networking.

Check this guideline also for more information.

Running a capture along with this documentation will help you identify the issue.

From your screenshot it seems you are missing ports 5060 and 5090 in UDP. If that is the case that would explain the firewall checker failing.

We run an absolute ton of 3CX servers on AWS without issue, and without any unusual settings. As suggested by @YiannisH_3CX, go over your basic settings. We have never had any issues EVER.

Thanks for picking that up. I'll add the UDP ports and run the checker again after business hours.
