Hello to all.

I hope that someone can help me with this.
I have a Axis I8016-LVE Video Doorbell that is configured with an IP of 10.10.20.200 and a 3CX on Premise Server with an IP of 10.10.20.2.

I have been trying to register the Axis Camera SIP to the 3CX server but for some reason i am missing something.

Attached is my current config on AXIS side and on the 3CX side.
I would appreciate it if someone can push me in the right direction here.

Thank you in advance.

You need a template to add this device. This is a non 3CX Supported device though. The complete list of the supported device is listed below:
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

Thank you for that information.
How can i create a template?

For the supported and tested devices the templates are offered from 3CX. Custom templates are not supported.

Is there anyway that i can pay 3CX or anyone to create a template for the AXIS I8016-LVE?

I would really appreciate it if 3CX can help me out.

This is not something we can advice since this device is not tested from our side.

Understood so 3CX will not help its customers with such requests even if 3CX has the opportunity to get paid and add a additional component to its list.

Let me elaborate. In the list of the 3CX Supported devices, for all of those devices, 3CX has perform several interop tests in collaboration with each device vendor. This will include templates, firmware, functionalities, compatibility, etc.
Those tests need time as it is not something that simple. So creating a template and providing as it is, does not mean that it will work. It needs time and effort to get those devices available, supported and easy to use with the 3CX PBX.

Understood, are you guys working with axis to bring new templates to market or is this a far out plan?

Regarding your question, we don't have any information regarding plans to add these devices to our support list, I'm afraid.

Understood, thank you for your help i really appreciate it
