Backing up 3CX without command line

Hello.

We have an issue with our server provider, OVH. An update removed the disk drivers from our VPS and since then the server cannot boot with the disk. Their support is unprofessionnal (problem comes from their image) but they cannot do anything.
We unfortunately did not do any backup since a long time and really do not want to reconfigure everything on 3CX.
We can only access the VPS in rescue mode. From there, we can access the disk. Since it's on rescue mode, we can only access files but cannot run Windows do to a backup with the command line utility.
Is there a way to export at least most of the data from the files only ? And then reimport in a new 3cx install ?

What is your 3cx version ?
did you change lots of settings since your last backup ?

Sorry, (i'm not OVH side ) but OVH provide online services customers has to be able to manage alone, you say they are not PRO, but having no backup done is this Pro enough for you?

in your case , don't know if there's an easy way to solve, perhaps more experienced on VPS problems could answer with a fix. hope for you, otherwise your old backup is may be not so far from your running pbx

Not sure if anyone on this forum knows the answer, you may have to raise a support ticket with 3CX

Since you cannot access the management console and you cannot run the command line utility i am afraid that there is no easy answer here. There is no other tested way to perform a backup

Yes backup are not optional, they keep you alive when a distroy plan is in action against you
