Scheduled and Manual backups are failing, I'm unable to resolve this issue with reasoning provided in the notification. Any help would be excellent.

Just so that we first have a better picture of the situation, please provide the relevant information mentioned here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/information-to-provide-when-requesting-help.67558/

Also, do you get any errors or have noticed any issues while navigating or making changes via the Management Console?

Try accessing the Management Console and navigate to extensions >> Edit any extension >> click OK, do you get any errors? Also, try editing an extension again and go to Rights, change the role from Manager to User or vice versa and apply, do you get any errors?

  • 3CX Version: Standard Annual 16.0.8.9
  • Server OS: Windows Server 2016
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Self-Hosted
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: Snom D717
  • Provisioning Method: Local / VPN / STUN / SBC: Local
  • Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model: Patton SN4171

No issues or errors navigating the console or modifying extensions. I've only noticed this backup issue.

Based on the info provided everything regarding 3CX's configuration seems to be in order so there should be no issue there. However, I do recommend that you consider contacting one of our 3CX Partners so that they can help you with investigating this issue in-depth. They could also contact 3CX Support on your behalf for additional troubleshooting if needed.
