Backup issue

Anyone see this before? I noticed my automated backup hadn't run in a week.
I tried to run it manually and get this.
Windows 7 Pro.

Quick solution. Went into Task Manager, selected to show processes for all users.
It showed that 3cxBackup.exe was running under Admin. I am logged in as Admin, but it seems because the Task runs from task scheduler, it does not show up here.
So, I terminated the process and backup is working again.

So, the task was hanging. It was set to terminate - but after 3 days. I changed that down to 2 hours.

Was the extended time due to you backing up the voice recording files Craig???

I saw another case of a 3-day backup due to voice recording being included ... and suggested that either VR be sent to RAID or backed up with some other utility.

The backp had been running successfully since May.
This is the first time this happened...
The backup includes all files.
