Hi, running v18 system.
We have SMB backups setup but when accessing the system outside of the on prem server it shows the backups saving within the PBX and not through SMB location.
Is there anyway to fix this? It’s a fairly recent thing that started happening.
Running a manual backup works fine and saves to SMB location, seems to just be the weekly scheduled backups that save to the local system.
