Backup not being encrypted

We seem to have a bug with backup encryption. When creating a backup, a password is set; the backup task runs; we then download the backup, the zip is accessible without need to enter a password - all data is available to anyone with access to the backup zip file. Have run several tests with various backup options, all fail to encrypt the backup file.

Regarding your question, please note that the backup zip file is not password protected. The encryption is only for the configuration data within the zip file, such as the XML file, DB tables files etc.
