Have 2 same spec machines.
Trying to restore backup done on one of it, but noticed everything is being restored (inc. chat files) but not files with voice recordings.

/Message says restore completed successfully/
(Ofc during backup procedure we have marked it should contain recordings. Also arch size indicates it contains those)
Any idea what can it be here / how to debug ?

Is your backup encrypted? If not, are the recordings there?

It is encrypted but I can see list of files and *.wav are there.
Also few Gigs backup size indicates it contains those

In log I could find only: RestoreDbTask: Restoring recordings progress: 0.069%

How big is your backup?

How big is your backup?
~10G

Good news is we have made progress. Were able to restore but only this one came from scheduled backups.
Before we tried manual (on-demand) backup/restore only.

Weird, because manual backup process displayed info it finished successfully. Also ZIP sizes (automated vs manual) were similar.
Anyway - as long this is working this or other way it's fine to me.

Thanks for help!

Great news. Keep in mind that for this size of backup resources of machine matter as it might need some time to finish properly.

Thanks. Im aware. But as I said Ive got msg from GUI manual backup completed successfully
Ill try later to wait longer and see if this helps
I suspect msg might not be really true and some data is still being written

You should archive the recordings to a different storage, so that your backup size gets smaller.

Thanks for tip.
We are thinking to exclude recordings from backup and use robocopy for wav's replication.

Since you have windows consider using remote archive SMB this way archived recordings are available via the console and reports without duplication and accessible even if you need to re install the system.
