Barge in listen or whisper not working

Hi, I have the same issue in this post but as I cannot see the way this issue was resolved, so I can mimic or apply;

Will send the same question, please!

When I right mouse click doesn't show the option for whisper or listen, all the setups are allowed for the main extension or others with the same properties.

Hi @in2matrix,

Please check the following configuration and let us know.
• The user that is trying to lister or whisper must be part of the same group with the user that is trying to listen, whisper to.
• The rights 'Perform operations (divert, transfer, pickup)' and 'Can Barge in, listen or whisper (Available in Professional and Enterprise)' must be enabled for the user that is trying to listen, whisper.

We use the Enterprise version, and the extension that I´m using is the main extension that has all the rights possible and figures in all groups, I did the exact installation in another 3CX Installation for another use case, and everything is very well with de Pro version but in this installation, we never could use this feature.

As you can see in the picture, I only have those options.

That is exactly how I have. I think there's something in the installation that is not good.

I've tested on my end, and it works.

To keep it simple (for testing), grant the user "system owner" status just to see if they will have access to the function.

If yes, then it's all a matter of "permissions"... is he in the same users group, etc...
