Barge in /listen

I am running small office , we have about 26 Grandstream GXP 2160 dsek phones . Using Windows/server PBX 3CX ver 15.5 Enterprise.
I am trying to set a desk phone for trainees to be able to barge in and listen to incoming calls within a call group and learn our process.
Can someone help me explaining how the Barge in function can be set and configured. .

The feature is always enabled if you have the version, it's simply a matter of granting permissions which can be managed by Groups or at the extension level.

Do do so one simply right-clicks in the 3CX app and selects the appropriate option (barge or listen)
