Barge In weird issue

Recently I noticed that a user with Manager permission to the group can't see the Barge in options (Only Drop option is available).

Below is the setup and test results:
Group = Team - Sale
Manager = My Extension
* Barge In permission is enabled in Group rights as well as in the individual user setting

Call Barge option = drop only

Update:
Since everyone is also a member of the Default Group. I tried giving my extension the manager role in that group and this is what I see when trying to barge in.

Hi,

Edit all your extensions together. See if they all have these 2 options enabled

Yes, its enabled.

Also please refer to the image:
1. I created a new user (ext. 027) - I can barge in to that extension
2. But in the other extension (ext. 001) - I only have the Drop option available


Update:
There are times that I can barge in on extension 001

The behavior is very inconsistent. I did not make changes in the settings but I get different result when I tried to barge in.

Can you confirm also that the trunks do not have the option enabled?
