Barge or Listen not avaiable

I have the professional license but it seems it will not let me do any of the fun stuff. I have the admin right and i made myself part of the groups with the permissions.

You need to use the blue bar in the People tab. Not the Switchboard.

I dont have that and the people tab i can only intercom or drop the call. Maybe i am still missing?
