Basic API Sample for VS.NET 2015

Good Day,

I am a programer working with Visual Studio .NET 2015.

We have been asked to integrate with a home grown CRM to make call and do a call lookup when there are incoming calls to an extension.

Could anyone help me with a sample program that would allow 15.5 Professional. Just a hint of the functions would be great.
