Basic cert not picking up on account

Hi All

Wrote 3CX Basic on the 17th July this year. It initially did show it and take the Advanced test.

Logged in today and its not picking up the cert and saying take Basic test.

I am in the same account that the cert was emailed to on the 17th. Not sure what else to do.

Hello,

The academy syllabus and exam were recently updated. As announced, any certificates from before this update were removed, as they corresponded to older versions of the pbx.
