Updated training and multi-choice certifications for the latest 3CX features.
3CX Academy has been refreshed with updated training material, new academy pages and a new multi-choice certification process. It is now live and ready to use!
The new academy covers the latest information on 3CX, including AI, transcription, call handling, system administration and other key product updates. It has been updated to help 3CX Partners, IT Admins and tech teams build the right knowledge for today’s 3CX.

Certifications Updated For the Latest in 3CX
The product now includes new features, new admin tools and new AI capabilities. The Academy has been updated to reflect this. The new training material covers the latest 3CX information, including:
- AI features
- Transcription
- Call handling
- System administration
- Product setup and configuration
- Best practices for managing 3CX
This gives 3CX Partners and administrators more relevant training based on the current product.
New Multi-Choice Test
The certification process has also been updated. The new 3CX Academy uses a multiple-choice exam format. This makes the certification process clearer, easier to follow and more focused on practical product knowledge.
Users can go through the updated academy material and then take the certification exam when ready. As before, if you don’t pass the exam, you will need to wait 30 days before you can retake it.
Previous Certificates Have Been Removed
With the launch of the new 3CX Academy, previous certificates have been removed.
Academy content has been fully updated to reflect the latest version of 3CX, including new features such as AI and transcription.
This means older certificates may no longer reflect the current product. If you were certified before, you can retake the new certification to stay certified under the updated academy.

The goal of the 3CX Academy is simple: to help users understand, configure and support 3CX correctly. The new academy gives you the following.
