Beeping on iOS

Hi,

We have a few users reporting a beeping sound when using 3cx on their iPhone devices.

Does anyone know a fix to this? everything is up to date, on both the server and iPhone, iOS 14.2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They probably have a bad connection. If Wi-Fi, try using LTE instead. I had this issue a lot on my Wi-Fi and it has been fixed since (our AP was misconfigured), but I still noticed that LTE gives better results.
