Best phone for Remote 3cx Cloud

Hi I'm new with 3cx,

I already implemented 3cx in a server cloud and is working fine,

I have cisco SPA 303 Phones but im checking and looks like is not possible to configure with the PBX if the PBX is in the cloud. (Only works in local network)

Which physical phone do you recommend that support direct connection to PBX in the cloud?

No best phone, as you will get mixed answers to which one is best.

Look at the supported phones, and match one that suits your needs in terms of screen, blf keys etc -

If you have more than two / three phones at the same location I would look at installing an SBC server, which overcomes port forwarding, firewalls etc

I agree about SBC - it will greatly simplify things. Stay away from anything other than fully supported phones (i.e. not legacy or end of life) and before you buy think carefully about whether you may want to implement hotdesking at some point as the list of phones that support this is shorter and some are better at this than others.

I've used various different Grandstream, Yealink and Fanvil phones off the supported list and have been happy with all of them. It just comes down to your needs and preference.

As others have said, steer clear of unsupported phones. I have gotten Cisco SPA series phones working from a cloud PBX before but it was not a lot of fun. Every phone had to be manually configured on the device and if there were issues, you had to go through the phones web interface to resolve.

Personally, I like the Yealink phones and have some T46S handsets deployed on my AWS system. Just enter the MAC and reboot the phones to pull down their configuration and firmware.
