Best Program/Website for IVR Messages

Looking for some idea where to get better quality sounds from. All my recordings sound crackly and too high on the volume. It seems that 8khz mono is such bad quality. Can't be the only option or there has to be a better way to make it sounds non crackly.

No im looking for how everyone uploads their text to speech. The sound quality I am finding it just horrible

If you are recording your audio files in another format and then converting to the supported format, it is to be expected that some quality degradation may be present.

It is best to record with the native audio format.

I'm using OpenAI's Text-to-Speech. It is AWESOME! I built a little utility that makes it simple to type in the text, select the voice, speed, etc. and produce the audio in the 3CX compatible format. DM me and I'll share.
