Hi all, I am always going over in hours we quote to install 3cx. The way we do is a bench day where we install and test a phone or 2 and make sure 3cx works ok on the system. I normally setup all extensions and add users and MAC's of phones in as well. Most systems we do now are under 20 phones so using the import tool I don't see helping to much. Then we take that and deploy it. 2 people on site most times, 1 installing phones and app and other setting up server and then helping install phones as well.
