Let me describe a problem.
When you set buttons at 3CX interface like this:

03.23.2011-01.36.31.png

You will see this on LCD display of sidecar:

03.23.2011-01.42.08.png

But I want see a real names here, so I go to phone WEB page and fill Labels manually

03.23.2011-01.44.48.png

Now I see real names

So, you need to fill the sidecar Label field with "Last Name First Name" of BLF or Speed Dial user Extension.

Hope, you understand me :D

I agree. That would be very helpful!

I understand you - I do this for polycom already. 3CX template parser is capable of doing this.
Forwarded to Yealink for quick review. WIP

Re: Better provisioning of Yealink EXP39 sidecar**AWAITING F

And in the three EXP39's that I have deployed so far, the users all wanted the extension numbers to be vertical eg 201,202,203,204 etc on the left side and 220,221,222,223 etc on the righthand side.

I agree, this is strongly needed. If I'd need extension numbers I would buy EXP38 and not the more expensive EXP39 :)

Has this been added to template? We are interested in this.

Re: Better provisioning of Yealink EXP39 sidecar**AWAITING F

I would expect this to be an easy fix in the template that you can do yourself. I do not have one of these devices to test.

I see this in the template now: Key1.Label = %%blffirstname11%% %%blflastname11%%

So a combination of what it was before I can only assume... something like %%blfextension11%% but can't be sure.

In this case the 11 is the BLF I am taking programming info from for the extension. Key 1 is the first key of the sidecar.
