Bitrix and 3CX Integration

Hello all,
Could someone send me some video teaching about the integration of Bitrix with 3CX? I tried to do the integration, however, all the connections of all the extensions create contacts in the Bitrix. Would not it be like just the sales team for example? Also I could not connect from the Bitrix dial pad and the system does not recognize when the connection is internal?

The integration works system wide, can't be configured to work with a set of extensions only.

Regarding the connection from the dial pad, that's not part of the integration. If you want to make outbound calls, you need to use the click to call browser extensions:

mmm, only at the corporate level? I understand, unfortunately for me this setup does not work for me.
