Solved Bitrix CRM contact not opening on V20 PWA

Hi,

We are finding that our Bitrix CRM Contact pages are no longer opening on answering a call using the new V20 PWA, we were using the old Desktop app previously?

The settings are not clear? the Integration is showing as working correctly from the admin panel, but in the PWA settings Bitrix is not shown as supported?

should we be using the Open Contact URL using server side CRM integration? if so, its not working?

Can anyone help with this?

Hello @mhnichols,

The correct setting is "Open Contact URL using server side CRM integration".

Are you receiving calls through a queue? If that's the case, this is a known issue that will be fixed in the final release.

OK, we have it set correctly, and yes we are receiving calls into a Queue, looks like there is an issue with the caller / callee being transposed when picking up calls on the new PWA?

This will be fixed in the final release of v20. This affects the Web Client and the PWA, only for calls coming from a queue.
