Good morning to all, a newbie speaks to you about the 3CX theme

I have 3 Ips blocked by several unsuccessful attempts to connect to the PBX but my doubt is that if I go to the Events log, I see the following:

09/18/2018 8:22:01 AM - [CM102001]:
Authentication failed for AuthFail Recv Req REGISTER from 85.10.51.3:7577 tid=8b¿ea¿f3-79¿7-47be-b¿5e-b57f813e72bc Call-ID=axqxu¿jgfu¿pru¿wla¿egtb¿jdv¿mqc¿sm¿aqoqevqlsvlnoma: REGISTER sip:189.XXX.XXX.XXX SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.204.0.14:7577;branch=z9hG4¿K8b¿a¿f3-7997-47¿e-b3¿e-b5¿f81¿e72¿c;rport=7577;received=85.10.51.3 Max-Forwards: 70 Contact: <sip:[email protected]:7577;rinstance=ad51¿8a¿a0c¿e¿45> To: "8020"<sip:[email protected]> From: "8020"<sip:[email protected]>;tag=nrotkfvq Call-ID: axqxu¿jgfu¿pru¿wla¿egtb¿jdv¿mqc¿sm¿aqoqevqlsvlnoma
CSeq: 2 REGISTER Expires: 3600 Allow: INVITE, ACK, CANCEL, OPTIONS, BYE, SUBSCRIBE, NOTIFY, REFER, INFO, MESSAGE Proxy-Authorization: Digest username="8020",realm="3CXPhoneSystem",nonce="414d5¿595¿a0¿bf95¿cd58¿cee08fec7599f0562e5baa77c9e",response="983ba4116d9a7834fe783870d228fb58",uri="sip:189.XXX.XXX.XXX",algorithm=MD5 Supported: 100rel User-Agent: 3CXPhoneSystem Content-Length: 0 ;

Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

To my understanding, the internal users of the PBX have incorrect passwords and can not register?
How can I fix that?

Postdata:
I do not know what is confidential information so I put several "?" by the codes

Hi Graham,

You will need to release the Ip's of the clients from the blacklist and re-provision the phones with the correct / specified Authentication Id & Password. You can find instruction on provisioning phones here : https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/configuring-ip-phones/

If you find that internal devices, on occasion, have issues with registration, and shouldn't (I have in the past), you can Whitelist the entire local LAN. Doing that assumes that you are in control of, and/or trust all local devices.
