Hello,
Is there a way to blacklist the last call received by pressing a dial code?
Thanks
Ray

Hello,

This feature is not available at this time. Perhaps you could post this is the Ideas section of the forum and if it gets enough votes maybe it will get implemented in a future release.

At this point, the problem, is that the number blacklist applies to the entire system, not just one extension. So, although you may not want to receive any calls from the last number, others may feel differently. There would have to be an option that applied to each extension individually. Having this feature work with DID calls is one thing, but if a receptionist put the call through, then the call was "restricted", so that the call ended, or rang continuously, they may simply call back and complain to the receptionist, who may not know why the call failed.

OK.
Thank you

There should be a way to do this by dial code. It should be a system-wide option that can be enabled or disabled. So, if you are a company that is concerned about your receptionist blacklisting wanted calls, you can disable the feature or only make the dial code known to approved people.
