Blacklist deny all 0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255 not working in latest v16!

Hello , all
on V15 i am able to add deny all rule in blacklist section 0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255 after white-listing range of ips allowed .
since V16 not able to do that the lowest slash presented on the subnetmask field is slash /1 resulting in 0.0.0.0 - 127.255.255.255 only being blocked
this is security concern
can any body comment on this??

Surely you should protect the 3cx server at the firewall by creating the necessary rules

Just add 128.0.0.0 /1 as well.
