Blacklist time not considered

Good morning all!
I am experiencing an issue with my blacklist settings on my 3CX V18 installation.

Every value i set in the "Blacklist time interval" section, is ignored, and each time an IP address is blacklisted it remains in the blacklist for only 15 minutes (900 seconds).

Am I missing something else? I searched in the forums and on the web but did not find a suggest ora a solution...
