Blacklisted Numbers - email alert ?

Is it possible to receive an email alert notification in the event that a blacklisted number is detected?

Not that I'm aware of. The logic probably being that it is not enough of a concern that you need to be notified. Simply blocking a number is enough for most uses, they don't want to be emailed every time that number calls. It would probably be just about as annoying as the calls themselves.

Your only other option would be to remove it from the blacklist and create an extension called Blacklist.

Create inbound rules for blacklisted numbers to go to this extension and turn on "email on missed call"
