BLF key message + drop call

Hi

I need to set up the following but don't know where to start.
I need a BLF key and when it's active all incoming calls should be hearing a message saying that the offices are closed and after that the call should be dropped.
The phones in the office should not be ringing.
Pressing the key again should deactive it and phones should be ringing as normal.

I can't set this up with active hours because this button will only be used in special cases.

You can force the system in out of office hours in case of emergency and it will only come back if you force it in again when the emergency is over.

Thanks for the link. But I'm not 100% sure I understand, do I need to set this up or is this set up by default?
In the guide it says "This dial code (which is unspecified by default for security purposes)" which makes me think you need to set it up but I don't see anyting on how to set it up.


edit: ok I think I got it, I needed to go to the dial-in page and there is a field for "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office "

Yup, that's it. You define your own code that only you will know, you dial the code plus either 1 or 2 to roce the system accordingly.

Remember to always use the code without a 1 or 2 so you can return to default office hours. If you force it to in-office your schedules and holidays will not apply
